R	Rikky Nikky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に、こちらの派遣事務所に面接に行きました。電話で問い合わせの時点では対応は普通でしたが、いざ面接へ行くと圧迫面接でした。わりと若めの女性が面接担当でしたが、かなり高圧的です。希望していた求人の勤務時間について少し質問すると『無理に行かなくていいですよ、無理に行かれても困るんで』とすごく嫌な言い方をされました。こちらは仕事をしたいと思って面接に来ているのに、否定的なことしか言ってきません。履歴書についてもかなり突っ込んできて嫌ないい方をされました。派遣会社で面接を受けに行ったのはここが初めてで、他には大手企業も受け、受かったこともありますが、こんなに気分の悪い圧迫面接をされたのはここが初めてです。あまりにも気分が悪かったので、結局こちらで働くのはやめ、他の派遣会社に登録しましたが正解でした。今の派遣会社はびっくりするぐらい親切で丁寧に接してくれます。派遣会社で募集している求人なんてどこの派遣会社も一緒ですし、わざわざここに登録する理由はないと思います。あと、面接担当はもう少し社会経験のある人にした方がいいと思います。あの面接を受けてここに行く人がいるのか疑問です。 Before, I went to this dispatch office for an interview. This is the first time I've been interviewed at a dispatched labor company, and I've also been interviewed by other major companies, but this is the first time I've had such an unpleasant pressure interview. I felt so sick that I ended up quitting working here and registered with another dispatching company, but the answer was correct. Today's dispatch companies are surprisingly kind and polite. I don't think there is any reason to register here because all the dispatching companies are recruiting jobs at the dispatching company. Also, I think the interviewer should be someone with a little more social experience. I wonder if anyone will go here after that interview.
