ミスタービルド杉並（前田住宅産業）とはもう10年以上のお付き合いがあります。馴れ初めはふらっと寄り、バルコニーの改修工事の相見積もりを依頼、内容も良かったので、他の業者はやめてここでGOサイン。結果は大満足で、以降のリ・ホームはすべて前田さん（社長）にお願いしてます。最近も、外壁塗装、屋根工事、その他を依頼、安心して頼めます。特に屋根関係の経験は豊富で、何でも相談してやってくれます。出来ないことはほとんどないですよ。腕は、職人の中の達人レベルで、日本でも数少ない凄腕建築家です。板金の腕も惚れ惚れします。デザイン感覚は、芸術家の領域です。近所にこんな凄い人がいるのはビックリ。地域密着型なので、遠方へ出向くより、杉並界隈に隣接する市区町村のほうがフットワークがいいかもしれません。私は他のリ・ホーム業者はほとんど信用していないので、前田さんのお墨付きでないと、まず頼みません。前田さんと職人さん達は超多忙ですので、着工まで時間がかかる場合がありますが、一度始まると早いしです。ご近所に住んでる方、工事を検討している方は一度前田さんに相談してみてください。

I am very satisfied with the result, and I would like to ask Mr. Maeda (President) for all subsequent rehomes. Recently, I can ask for exterior wall painting, roof construction, etc. with confidence. In particular, he has a lot of experience related to roofing, and he will consult with you about anything. There is almost nothing you can't do. His skill is at the level of a master among craftsmen, and he is one of the few architects in Japan. I also fall in love with the sheet metal arm. The sense of design is the realm of the artist. I'm surprised that there is such a great person in the neighborhood. Since it is a community-based type, it may be better to have footwork in the cities, wards, towns and villages adjacent to the Suginami area than to go far. I don't really trust other rehome vendors, so I wouldn't ask for it without Mr. Maeda's endorsement. Mr. Maeda and the craftsmen are very busy, so it may take some time to start construction, but once it starts, it is early. If you live in your neighborhood or are considering construction, please consult with Mr. Maeda once.
