Counselors and care managers are kind and easy to talk to. That is the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームではなく、入院から自宅へ戻るためのリハビリがメイン。スタッフはみな優しく丁寧な対応をしてくれる。病院と提携しているので安心感がある。
Mainly rehabilitation to return home from hospitalization, not home. All the staff are kind and polite. There is a sense of security because it is affiliated with a hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員最悪。数年前は思いやりのある人もいたが今では入居者をバカにしているやつばかり。高齢者に優しくないしちゃんと仕事をしない。看護師も介護者も資格を持っているのだろうか。いい加減なリーダー？上司?なんだと思う。入居している方がかわいそう。
The worst staff. Some people were considerate a few years ago, but now they are all ridiculous. Not kind to the elderly and not working properly. Are both nurses and caregivers qualified? A sloppy leader? I think it's your boss. I feel sorry for the person who has moved in.

今は別の施設へ居る義母ですが、施設へ入れるまでこちらでお世話になりました。
酷すぎる職員、看護師の対応で、口腔ケアがなっていなく、家では歩けていたのに車椅子になりました。実は私も以前に介護の仕事をしていた為に、この酷さにとうとう切れてしまい、看護師長と話し合いました。「申し訳ありませんでした」と謝罪は受けましたが、あってはならぬケアが多すぎ、このままでは義母は死んでしまう！と思ったほどです。まず、館内に臭いがあることから駄目です。職員もちゃんと資格を持っているのでしょうか？絶対にお勧めしません。

Due to the harsh staff and nurses, I couldn't take care of the oral cavity, and even though I could walk at home, I became a wheelchair. Actually, I had been working as a long-term care worker before, so I was finally cut off by this terrible situation and talked with the chief nurse. I received an apology saying "I'm sorry", but there is too much care that shouldn't be there, and my mother-in-law will die as it is! I thought. First of all, it is useless because there is a smell in the hall. Are the staff properly qualified? I definitely do not recommend it.
