正直、客の回転率はよくないように思える。

メニューのバリエーションはそこまで多くは無いです。
同じ和食チェーンの大戸屋に比べると少し高く、メニューは少なめ。
日曜夕方17時頃に行きました。座敷の個室席に座りましたが、メニューや定食や水を運んできた際に店員によっては手渡ししたり、座敷に上がってテーブルに置いてくれたりする方もいますが、1人愛想がない女性店員だけ座敷の上に置いて終わりという方がいました。
こちらの発言中に被せるように返答したりとそのスタッフだけイメージは悪いです。
味はまあまあ美味しく、小鉢が沢山あるので見た目も楽しめました。

The image is bad only for the staff, such as replying to cover during this remark.
The taste was so good and there were many small bowls so I enjoyed the appearance.

ホールスタッフたちはのんびりと卓を片付けており、1人はレジ対応中。待ち客が現れた時点でレジスタッフが奥へ声をかけて対応を頼むなりしたほうが良いのでは？と感じた。
また、ややこしいがここのさち福屋は明太子がない。明太子が食べ放題なのは東口のアゼリア店なので注意。
さち福やといえば明太子！と思って、対面にあるおぼんdeごはんと比較してこちらを選んでしまい、やや残念だった。
ご飯とお味噌汁はお代わりができるようだが、どこにも書いていなかった。
さち福やのブランド力や売りではなく、ラゾーナの集客に頼んで回転率を上げていく傾向なのかな…と感じた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショッピングモールの中にある定食屋としてはいいんじゃないの？という感じです、メニュー内容がいい 、嬉しい雑穀米もありました、小上がり座敷席で半個室風でゆっくりできました

問題は従業員さん。会計を急かされます。
ポイントカードの提示、かながわPayでの支払いをしたかったですが、何度も何度も何度も何度も『お支払いは？』とロボットの様に聞かれます。いや、こっちは待たせてないんだけども、なぜそんな急かされないといけないんですか。。。
もう行かないよ、気分悪くなった。

店内はテーブル席と、小上がり（座敷？）があります。
調理場はオープンタイプで、調理の様子が見られます。←食器の並べる音など、ガチャガチャ煩いとも言えますが、、、
ご飯（白米か雑穀米を選べます）と味噌汁は、お代わり自由（お代わりのご飯も選べます、変更可）
メニューに記載はないけれど、単品の追加注文もできました。
小鉢の味付けは、全体的に味付けが濃いように感じました。
追加の卵焼きは味がなく、備え付けの醤油（ソース）を好みで。

平日のお昼に伺いました。
席に着くとおしぼりとコップのお水が出されました。定食屋でお茶が出ないのは少し違和感がありました。
ホッケの定食と唐揚げの定食をお願いしました。ホッケは少し脂身が少ない感じでイマイチ。唐揚げは美味しいと思いました。漬物が、小鉢で出てくるんですがほんの少しだけ。うーん、なんかおかしいと思いました。
お店の方の対応は少し冷たい感じで気持ちよく食事を摂れる感じではなかったです。
ラゾーナ川崎の集客に依存してあまり手をかけていない定食屋という印象でした。
もう行くことはないお店です。
