★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カットに行ったら担当の方に希望の髪型を聞かれたので写真を提示してお願いしたのですが、カットしていくうちに写真とは全く違った髪型にされてしまった。
今さら修正も出来ずショック?は

I can not fix it anymore, and I am shocked ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一部メニュー以外は予約がとれないので電話で待ち状況を問い合わせてから行くと良いですよ。仕上がりはスタイリストによって差がある気がします。
Since it is impossible to make reservations except for some menus, it is good to go to the telephone after checking the waiting status. I feel that the finish depends on the stylist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的には予約が取れなかったり、スタッフの数が少なめなのが原因で休日に行くと1～2時間は待ちます。価格は安く、髪を切る前と切った後にシャンプーをしてくれます。
Basically, if you go on a holiday because you can not make a reservation or the number of staff is small, you will wait 1 to 2 hours. The price is low and shampoos you before and after cutting your hair.

痩せた眼鏡をしてる女性スタッフに頼むと要望通りにはカットしてくれません。
刈り上げないでと言っても刈り上げちゃいます。
もう、2回目です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機械での洗髪は私にとって鳥肌が立つ位苦手です。そう話すと手洗いで丁寧に洗ってくれました。中々こうしてと言えない性格なので、カットする時など前回の資料を見ては同じようにカットしてくれました。有り難かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お気に入りのスタイリストが決まっても数ヵ月長くて数年するとほぼ退社するという入れ替わりの激しいお店です。男性スタッフはほとんど居なくなり女性スタッフパートばかりの用です。 接客は丁寧ですが、もう行かないと思います。
Even if your favorite stylist is decided, it is a shop with a lot of changes, as it is a few months long and almost leaves the company after a few years. There are almost no male staff, and only female staff parts are used. The customer service is polite, but I don't think I will go anymore.
