★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検を依頼した際、発煙筒の期限が切れてるといわれ、強制的に値段もいわず「替えさせていただきます」と言われ、しっかり金とられた。その次の車検は頭きたから自分で陸運事務所に直接もっていったら発煙筒の期限なんて確認もされなかった。発煙筒の期限切らしたのはいけないことと思うが、車検に関係ないのだから「期限切れてますが当店では〇〇円で交換できます。どうしますか？」程度だと思う。この店は車検に関係ないとこを色々みて無知な客から金とってると思ったね。お客さま目線でなく自分たちの儲け目線。ホリデー車検なんて所詮もうけ主義です。お客さま目線ではありません。

The next scrutineering came, and if I took myself directly to the Land Transport Office, I could not confirm the expiration date of the flares. I don't think the smoke flares should have expired, but it's not related to statutory inspection, so I think it's about to expire. I knew that this store was getting money from ignorant customers because it was not related to vehicle inspection. Our own profits, not our customers. Holiday scrutineering is a fundamental principle. It is not from the customer's perspective.
