宮	宮島啓吾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店はやばい、客を客として思っていない。気が向いたら対応してやろう程度、気が向かなければ翌日以降携帯に連絡してこいといわれ、電話を無視される。仕方ないから直接行くと携帯が壊れただのと言い訳され、結局メーカーが違うので修理は出来ないとものすごく嘘っぽい断られ方をされました。ちなみに店の方にも何度も連絡を入れた。悪いことは言わないから他の店を探すべき。老人の趣味程度の店なので運よく対応してもらっても知れてると思う。追記ですが、対応(笑)や修理(解体？)してもらった方もいるみたいなのでそちらも参考にしていただければ。 This shop is bad, I do not consider customers as customers. H	H T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前一度修理をお願いした時にかなりいい加減な事をされました。不調の原因がわからなかったので、とりあえず見積もりをお願いして3週間……、連絡が一度も無いのでこちらから連絡したら「あー、もう直ってる」と…。見積もりは？とは思いながらも、バイク屋にお願いするのは初めての事だったためこれが当たり前なのかと思いバイクを引き取りに行ったら、「バイクは直ったけど（キャブOHとオイル交換）修理の時に外した純正の荷物掛けフックが１つ見つからんのや、無くても走行に支障はないから大丈夫やと思うけどネットで探してみて（笑）こっちでももう一回探してはみるけど（笑）」と言われました。店主の陽気な感じに飲み込まれて、はいと言いましたが今考えるとありえない事だと思います。未だに連絡はありません。そして、修理後から白煙が出ていることに気づき他所で見てもらったらオイル上がりと言う事でした。見ていただいた方には「酷いことされましたね〜」と言われました。修理に出して更に悪くなって返ってくるとはどういうことでしょうか。私が一見だったからですか？若かったからですか？頑張って毎月少しづつお金を貯めて初めて買ったバイクだったのでとても悲しかったです。私のような方が今後出ないためにも書かせていただきました。他にもありますが際限がないのでここまでにします。ご賢覧ありがとうございました。 A few years ago, when I asked for repairs, I did something quite sloppy.
