古	古庄屋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島並木通りの蓬莱さんお昼はいつもお客さんが一杯です。まぁまぁ美味しいのですが量が多過ぎて、沢山召し上がる方向けのお店ですかね。若い方が多いですね。炒飯を戴きました。コストを下げるためか具材のネギ､玉子､チャーシューが殆ど入っていません。もっと増やしてもらえると美味しくなるのに。これだけ安いお米と脂､化調と僅かな具材で炒飯作れば儲かりますよね。ご飯は固めに炊かれていて大量に炒める割にはパサパサに仕上がっているのは良いと思いますが、具材が殆ど無く脂ぎって化調と食塩がよく効いた固いご飯を大量に食べるのは辛いです。蓬莱さんは質より量を求める方に向いていますね。若いお客さんが多くて外から見てもお昼は密になっているように思えます。今の時代お客さん待たせてもカウンターの席数減らしたほうが良いと思います。料理の質はともかくこれではお店に入れません。 Horai-san on Hiroshima Namiki-dori The customers are always full at noon.
