普通のと田舎蕎麦の二色セイロを頂きました。 麺は太めで、量は少な目。 値段設定は高いと思います。 フロア担当の方が1人しかおらず、 忙しそうでした。 個人的には細い蕎麦を啜りたい派なので この評価ですが、味は悪くないです。

美味しかったけど値段が高めの設定。蕎麦ってこんなに高いっけと思うほど。

本牧 山手警察近くの 隠れ家的な蕎麦屋さんです、 ホタルいか天&野菜天ぷら蕎麦➕海老天 ➕いぶりがっこを頂きました、 コシのある太めな麺と鰹系のつゆ 薬味に至るまでとても丁寧に 作られているお蕎麦で美味しいです‼️ 店内も清潔感があり雰囲気が良く、 店主さんも色々と説明して 頂き親切です、有難うございました、 いぶりがっこも香りが高く良いです❗️ ただ一つ、ホタルいか天ぷらは、 生臭さが多少有りました、、。 それ以外は、とてもオススメできる 素敵なお蕎麦屋さんです‼️

適当に検索してたどり着いたお店。 店内の雰囲気もよく、落ち着いた感じのお店でした。 蕎麦はコシがあり美味しかったです。 あと卵焼きも頂きましたが、あまくて美味しかったです。 ただ、混んでしまうと出てくる時間がかかってしまうようで、お蕎麦が出てくるまでまあまあ待ちました。 でものんびりできるお店だと思いますので、ゆっくり店内で過ごすつもりで行かれるといいと思います。

当案内で14時15分閉店とのことだが、実際には14時一時閉店。30分前にラストオーダーとのこと。店の前にそのことを告げる看板は出したまま。13時30分前には到着したが、暖簾は下がっており、連絡したら、ゴメンとのこと。そんなお店らしい。誠実さは感じられない対応、憤懣やる方ない。

偶然に見つけた住宅街の蕎麦屋 ちょっとした高級寿司店のような店構えに美味しそうな雰囲気が漂っていた。夜の店内は静かで落ち着いて食事を楽しめた。 注文は天せいろ、天然キノコ、蛍烏賊の干物、海老しんじょうの傘椎茸揚げ、蕎麦屋の厚焼き玉子。 蕎麦は毎日使用する分だけを店主が打つとの事、若干太めの蕎麦は香りもあり喉越しも良く美味しい。タレは若干辛め。天ぷらはサクサクタイプ 素材も悪くない。天然椎茸、蛍烏賊、海老しんじょうも同様だ。 玉子焼きはしっかりと焼き色がつき甘目の味付けで私の好み。 価格は安くはないが、品数も多くそれなりの素材を使っているのでこれは納得するべきだろう。大人が静かにしっとりと楽しむ場所としては最適な店だ。 追記 気になるのはホール 人によって違うが… 主人が料理にストイックなのはわかるがあまりにもホール教育が不十分なのが残念
