★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ５年前に骨折して通いました。副院長の適切な治療とアドバイスにより短期間で快復しました。整形外科以外については分かりませんが、近所へ通院出来て良かったです。
 I broke my bone and went there 5 years ago. With proper treatment and advice from the deputy director, he recovered in a short period of time. I don't know anything other than orthopedics, but I'm glad I was able to go to the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、子供が怪我をして出血が止まらず、横浜市の救急相談から紹介されこちらを受診しました。先生も看護師さんも テキパキと手際良く、あっという間に処置をしていただきました。連休初日の夜間帯だったので経過に関しても不安がありましたがこちらにも丁寧にアドバイス等 対応頂きとてもありがたかったです。実はもう1か所紹介された病院に先に電話相談をして「その程度ならばんそうこうを貼っておけば治る」と受診を断られていましたが、同じように怪我の説明をして こちらで受け入れをしてもらい止血用の保護材を使ってやっと止まりました。あの時、本当に絆創膏だけで寝てしまっていたら朝までどれだけ出血していただろうと思うとぞっとします。的確な判断と対応のおかげで大事にいたらずに済みました。本当にありがとうございました。

Since it was the nighttime on the first day of the consecutive holidays, I was worried about the progress, but I was very grateful for the polite advice and so on. Actually, I had a telephone consultation with the hospital that was introduced to another place first, and I was refused the consultation saying, "If you put a sticking plaster on it, it will be cured", but I explained the injury in the same way here. I got accepted and finally stopped using a protective material for hemostasis. At that time, I was horrified to think how much I would have been bleeding until morning if I had really fallen asleep with only adhesive plasters. Thanks to good judgment and response, I didn't have to take care of it. I'm really thankful to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 怪我をしたらこちらの整形外科にお世話になりますが、いつも丁寧に話を聞いてくれて親身になって手当てをしてくれます。手を当ててじっくり診てくれる先生はこの時代なかなか居ないと思います。有り難いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察待ち時間が、軽く１時間を超える人気病院なので、いち早く、待ち時間をネットで確認できるシステムを導入してほしい。
ごみごみしたロビーで待ち続けるのはこのご時世、しんどい。
ただ、客質がかなり高齢なため、病院側が「システムを導入しても…」と思ってしまうのはなんとなく分かるが…。
※脊椎に詳しい先生は毎月第４土曜日
