★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食を頂きたくて似たようなお店が何軒か在るなかこちらに入店致しました。
先ず入店した所、常連客の一人が此方をじーっと見ています。一瞬、喧嘩でも売ってるのかと嫌な感じでした。これでは新規の客が入りにくいです。お店にはマイナスでしょうね。星一つ減。
メニューはコース料理か一品料理となっています。
何点か注文し…。
先ずは魚南蛮漬け…酸味と甘味のバランスが 取れています。
二つ目は蛸ブツ…太くてブリブリして新鮮で した。
三つ目は焼サワラ…脂が乗って旨い
四つ目は土鍋ご飯…少し水気が多いが艶っと 熱々で美味しい。
５つ目は刺身５点盛り…何れも新鮮で旨い！
特産のカボスを搾ってこれまた格別。
６つ目は揚げ出し豆腐…柔らか豆腐に薄目 衣。旨味と甘味のバランスの良い出汁が良い。
7つ目は茶碗蒸し…どんこ椎茸と魚身で プルだがドロッとクリーミーです。
総じて旨いお店でした。
主人の腕は料亭で通じますが、常連客がそれを阻んでいるのが残念。
I entered here in the presence of several similar shops to have dinner.
First of all, one of the regular customers is watching this. For a moment, I felt uncomfortable whether I was selling even in a fight. This makes it difficult for new customers to enter. It will be a minus for the store. Decrease by one star.
The menu is either course or single dish.
I ordered some items ...
First of all, pickled Uonan bonito ... the balance between sourness and sweetness.
The second one is noodles ... thick, brittle and fresh.
The third is baked sawara ... the fat is delicious
The fourth is clay pot rice ... a little damp but shiny, hot and delicious.
5th assortment of 5 sashimi ... all are fresh and delicious!
Squeeze special product kabosu and this is also exceptional.
The sixth is deep-fried tofu ... soft tofu and thin garments. Good soup with a good balance between umami and sweetness.
The seventh is steamed with chawan ... Donko shiitake mushrooms and fish.
Overall it was a delicious shop.
The master's skill is at a restaurant, but it is a pity that regular customers are blocking it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日前夜、高齢の母と訪れました。お刺身、ふぐの唐揚げ、付きだしの湯葉など美味しくいただきました。お店のかたが優しくて、タクシー待ちの時間も気を使わないように声をかけてくださり、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
