T	Teddie Peanut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大垣の有名な味噌せんべいの銘店。お土産として重宝する。色々と味のバリエーションがあり、試食も提供されていて美味しいし楽しい。そのおかげで、キャラメリーゼコーティングされたせんべいが実はなかなかに美味しいことを発見できた。駅の売店などでもこちらの味噌せんべいは売られているが、できればやはりこの本店に来て購入されることを勧めます。建物も昭和感が濃厚に漂う美濃らしい風情のある木造建築。入口が見た目は古い木製枠のガラス引き戸にもかかわらず、自動ドアだったことに感心。たかが味噌せんべい、されど味噌せんべい、総じてセンスの良さが感じらる。 A famous store of Ogaki's famous miso senbei. 純	純米吟醸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田中屋せんべい総本家。大垣城の近く、昔ながらの手焼きでせんべいを作る、老舗せんべい専門店。昔から大垣に行く時は、ほぼ間違いなく伺っています。今回は自宅用と、ホワイトデーのお返しを購入する為に伺いました。現在こちらのお店では、伝統の「みそ入り大垣せんべい」以外にも、キャラメルペーストを塗って粉糖をふり、キャラメリゼした「まつほ」や、国産素材にこだわり、香料、着色料、保存料を使わず小さな子供でも安心して食べれる「せんべいビー」など、時代に合わせた煎餅などもあります。今回私が購入したのは・むらさめの・NOT COOKIE NOT LOVE ・YES! SENBEI QUN 「むらさめの」は、みそ入り大垣せんべいに、チョコキャラメルを塗った煎餅で、真ん中にオレンジダイス、カカオニブ、フランボワーズがトッピングされています。他２つは、田中屋の煎餅が色々入った、クッキー缶ならぬせんべい缶。オシャレで日持ちもして美味しいので、贈り物にはオススメ。 Tanakaya Senbei Sohonke.
