原付の自賠責保険のナンバー変更に伴う契約変更に来ました。 手続きに結構時間が掛かると思っていたら、10分程度で書類の手続きが完了しました。ステッカーの紛失も伝えたら、新しいものを発行してもらいました。 親切な対応で費用も掛からずに対応してもらえました。

自賠責の承認請求手続きで住所のみの変更だったのですが対応した職員がいい加減で、後日の郵送で当日の自賠責証書は渡せないとか、必要のない所の押印の為に再度来社してもらう事になるのがいやならここも押印しろと言う、その割に複写の2枚目以降の押印は指示がなく!書類の住所記載欄が旧住所なのか、新住所なのか?確認もせずに、とりあえず旧住所で書いておきましょうか?とか、間違えていたら再度承認請求書を記入させに呼ぶつもりだったのか? 時間もかなり待たされ結局は自賠責証書は当日もらえたが、どれくらい時間が掛かるか案内もなく30分近くも放置され悪びれる様子も無く… アルバイトのスタッフかと思ったら損害保険会社社員だと…‼︎ 正規の保険資格は持っているのか?そもそもそれ以前に接客がまるでなってない! 2度と行きたくない最悪の支社だった。
