駐輪場の料金を支払ってるのに
自転車が盗まれて、問い合わせると

って若い男に言われました。信じられません

入居契約前の説明が不十分。説明責任を果たしていない。
入居時の鍵交換を知り合いのところで頼みたいと言っても却下され、こちらの希望を聞き入れてもらえない。
この管理会社の物件にあたったら不運。
シャーメゾン燦燦という物件は管理がずさんで、管理費をぼったくられているに等しい。
