m	m m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪。店員はカウンターの前でずっと客の悪口を言い。背中を掻きながら客の注文を聞き、笑顔もなし。いつ来ても気分が悪い。若い男性店員が集まり客の事をコソコソと話している。店長や責任者らしい人も居なく接客の態度も最悪。星一つもつけたくありません。二度と利用しないと思います。 worst. Kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年ぶりに友人が私に会いに長野県から来ました。思いつきで来たので取れた宿が堅田ということで駅前の見聞録で再会しました。平日の夕方6時に入ったのですが、ガラガラで案内されたのは（こんな場所で？と思うような）無理矢理作った中途半端なカウンタースペースでした。他のテーブルはダメですか？と聞くと予約が入っているとのことだったので、しかたなくそこで飲むことに。結局２時間飲みましたが、大きなテーブル２つは埋まることなかったので、とても残念な気持ちになりました。せめて予約の客が来るまででも座りたかったです。料理は揚げ物も刺身もサラダも美味しかったです。毎日、何かしらの割引サービスをしているようなので、前もって調べていくと安く飲めるようですよ！案内の件が無ければ、評価は4.0です。 A friend came from Nagano to see me for the first time in 20 years.
