Close to Kappabashi Tool Street. The temple is so quiet that you can forget the hustle and bustle of the tool street. There is Hiki Daimyojin, which is said to have been dedicated by people in the Hanayanagi world and is full of pottery frogs. The stained glass inside the main hall (free to see. Please open the door of the main hall!) Is a must-see. The cherry blossoms are also beautiful! By the way, toad seems to be another name for toad. It is recommended to visit it together with the nearby Kappa-ji Temple (Sogenji Temple).

A temple with stained glass. I wanted you to write the subject, but I've been chanting for a long time and I can't even speak to you ? I want you to think about writing the time

Temple with stained glass ♪ Speaking of stained glass, I remember the Oyama shrine in Kanazawa. The Kamon is designated as an important cultural asset of the country, and it is a symbol of Kanazawa. Here you can watch the stained glass of Honjoka from inside the main hall. On this day, just as Kannon hit the sun 's sun, it seems as if the backlight touches it. It is fantastic and becomes a mysterious feeling that it came to a foreign country somewhere and it gets a calm feeling. It is a temple of Nichiren Buddhism, so I wanted to have a topic but it was in the midst of work and so I will do it next time. 10 minutes on foot from Tahara-cho station. A few minutes from the kappa bridge tool city. Tawaramachi has many famous bakeries and sweets shops so I'd like to come back to see you again soon.

To Gama Daimyojin (Matsugaya Honkakuji, Taito-ku) Inari-san, where foxes are enshrined, is located all over Japan, but it is rare for a shrine where cattails are enshrined, so I went there. Matsu, who says that there is Toad Daimyojin, visited Honkakuji Temple in the valley. There are many old temples in this area because of the Asakusa area that has been open for a long time. It looks like a fine temple. (Photo) It looks like Nichiren sect. Is the main hall in front or in the back? Is there a Toad Myojin here? If you go to the back and look to the left, you will see those buildings. Although it is small, it is accompanied by a thousand paper cranes, and many people believe it. Oh? , There are a lot of things like shells of turban shells in the hall. Pottery of frogs are piled up casually. (Photo) The principal image in the back seems to be enshrined in the volcanic rock, but it is dark and I do not understand well. If I look too much, I should buy anger and have a curse, so I stopped. Around the time of Tenpo, there was a certain Akiyama in the Dan family of Toyama. It is said that he built and worshiped a monument called Toad Mound as a god who helped his business. At the time of the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923, Tokyo became scorched earth in an instant, and Toyama also returned to Karasuyu, but there was a place where a person named Tombmori Seki at that time was inspired, so he searched for the monument in the soil and built a small hall. I shrineed. Around that time, there was a person named Chihachi in Shitaya, and when he made a wish for this frog mound, he gained a great benefit, and finally he broke out and built a frog hall in the present location, and gave him the alter ego to meet people. I advertised that it was profitable. Since Chihachi himself made good songs and dances and promoted them in this direction, there are many believers in the Hanayanagi world, the theater world, the movie entertainment world, and other areas of monetary material and popular business. It was completely destroyed by the air raid in March 1945, but it was reconstructed early after the war with the efforts of Mr. Takada and the Hobukuro family in Shitaya, and continues to this day. It is truly rare as a form of animal belief. In 1981, the damage to Dou was so great that the completion of the new Toad was seen on July 20, 1978 with the support and cooperation of many practitioners who requested the reconstruction of Dou permanently. .. (Photo) I am surprised that there are various gods in Japan. Is this the power of Japanese culture and folklore? When I asked the person who was cleaning the area, he explained that the pottery of cattail was a wish and would be left here when the wish was fulfilled. It seems that a considerable number of people have fulfilled their wishes.

Very interesting temple. Very quiet when I was there and not touristy. During the hour I spent taking photographs I was the only person there. Although it is quite a small space the temple has many interesting features.
