満席でしたが、ランチ終わりの人たちメインでしたのですぐに案内されました。
さつま黒豚とカレーは売り切れてましたので、上キセキカツ定食にしました。
カウンターを見ると調味料が沢山。
これは一つずつ味見をせねば・・・
そうこうしているうちに運ばれてきました。
まず、真ん中の横にされてる一番メインのやつを一口。
「・・・あれ？柔らかいぞ？」
ふわふわ系というよりトロト系に柔らかい。
これは衝撃的なカツだ。
キセキの名は伊達ではなく、こんなカツ食べたことない。
岩塩とわさび、ソースと練りがらし、オニオンソース、おろしソースと一通り食べました。
とんかつにはソースと練りがらし派でしたが、これは岩塩とわさびが、ご飯のお供にするならおろしソースが一番好みかも？
と考えているうちにキャベツ以外が消えてました。
こりゃ美味い

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日NACK5を聞いていたらキセキ食堂の話題、気になったのでGoogleで調べて初訪問。
平日予約なしで10時到着。先客は８名ほどでしたが10分後に入店できました。
清潔感のある店内で接客も良かったです。
入って右側の券売機で先に食券を買うシステム。
カウンター席に２名並んで着席、アクリル板で間仕切りもしてあります。
約10分で上キセキカツカレー(私)。上キセキカツ定食(相方)到着。
まずビックリしたのはロースカツの柔らかさ✨リブロースかな？
片手の箸で切れるくらいの柔らかさです。もちろん衣はサクサクでお肉は優しい味わい?
脂身も甘味があってしつこくない。
文句なしに美味しいです?
カレーはスパイシーな感じはなく家庭的に近い。カレーに入ってるお肉はとろとろで柔らかい。
カレーが主張し過ぎていないのでトンカツの美味さを引き立てているところが素晴らしい✨
自分のトンカツ経験上、歴代トップクラス美味しいお店でした。

When I was listening to NACK5 the other day, I was curious about the topic of Kiseki Shokudo, so I searched on Google and visited for the first time.
Arrived at 10 o'clock without reservation on weekdays. There were about 8 customers, but I was able to enter the store 10 minutes later.
The customer service was also good in the clean interior.
A system to buy meal tickets first at the ticket vending machine on the right side of the entrance.
Two people are seated side by side at the counter seats, and there is also a partition with an acrylic board.
Upper Kiseki cutlet curry (me) in about 10 minutes. Arrived at the upper Kiseki cutlet set meal (mate).
The first thing that surprised me was the softness of the loin cutlet ✨ Is it rib roast?
It's soft enough to cut with one-handed chopsticks. Of course, the batter is crispy and the meat has a gentle taste ?
The fat is also sweet and not persistent.
Delicious without complaint ?
Curry doesn't feel spicy and is close to home. The meat in the curry is thick and tender.
The curry doesn't insist too much, so it's wonderful that it enhances the deliciousness of the pork cutlet.
In my experience with pork cutlet, it was one of the best delicious restaurants in history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べてきたトンカツとは別次元です。とにかく肉が柔らかく脂身は甘い。それでいて値段はそこまで高くは無いと思います。
コロナ対策もしっかりしていて気持ちよく食事出来ました。再訪確定です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本店は、孤独のグルメで取り上げられたお店で、メニューも豊富で予約も取りやすいのですが、コインパーキングしかなくて空きが無いと時間の調整が難しいので、自前の駐車場を予約しておける岩槻店に初訪問しました。
メニューは、豚カツ類とカレー類のみです。
案内はスムースで、食券機でチケットを買う方式です。
キセキカツ定食と単品のカレーをオーダー。
低温調理の豚カツと言うことで、提供された時に中心部はまだ赤みが有る状態で、噛むと柔らかくて、ご飯に合います。
ソースも色々有るので、1切れづつ違うものをかけて頂くと味変出来て楽しいですよ。
私は岩塩が一番良かった。
カレーは酸味が有って、辛くは無いです。
カレー用辛みパウダーが置いてあるので、辛さはお好みに調整出来ます。
気になったのは、じっくり味わって食べたので、最後は肉が冷めてしまい、最初のさっくり切れた感じから、生肉を噛みきる様なネッチョリ感を感じた(馬刺を噛むようなと言えば感覚伝わりますかね)ので、テイクアウトよりイートインで食べた方が良い感じでした。
また機会を作って行きたいと思います。

What I was interested in was that I tasted it carefully and ate it, so the meat got cold at the end, and from the first feeling that it was cut off, I felt a netchori feeling like chewing raw meat (it can be said to chew horse sashimi). It feels better to eat in eat-in than take-out.

上肉は売れ切れ
衣が厚く油っぽかった
肉は柔らかくて美味しい
味噌汁が特に美味しかった
ご飯、キャベツ、味噌汁のお代わりが出来るのは嬉しい
駐車場は10台あり予約者用にカラーコーンで半分程確保されてます
店内はカウンター席と座卓です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11時50分に着いたときには、既に満員で3組待ちとなっていました。でもそのあとにゾロゾロとお客さんが来たので、意外と良い時間に行けたのかもしれません。
20～30分位ではお店に入れました。
お店では食券を購入します。何を食べようかと悩みましたが、カツカレー(1590円)を選びました。
カツカレーは、別お椀でキャベツレモンが出てきます。レモンはカツ用だと思いますので、ご注意下さい。
カツは非常に柔らかく、ご飯がすすみます。白飯の量は最初は少なめな感じです。
ご飯のおかわり無料なので、おかわり普通を頼んだら、初めより多い量が出てきます。少し食べ過ぎた感じが出てしまったので、私はおかわりご飯少なめで丁度かと思いました。
カレーは肉がモリモリで、こちらもグッドです。色々な表情のカツを堪能できました。絶対にまた来たいお店となりました✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用しましたが、カツカレーととんかつの脂が何カラットあるの？というくらい艶があって甘くてプリっプリで美味しいです。
ところがまったくくどくなく、さっぱり食べられます。
一緒に行った子が『今まで食べたとんかつの中で一番ウマイ！』と唸ったほどです。
値段はそこそこしますが、充分元は取れますよ。
美味しいカツを食べたければ是非

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上尾のキセキ食堂の美味しさが忘れられず、気持ち近い岩槻店へ初来店。
ホットペッパーで予約したハズが、入力ミスがあったようで待ちになりましたが、ラッキーなことにすぐ入れました。11時の来店。
その後は、お客様がひっきりなしでした。
食券を買って、着席します。
食券は現金のみでお札は千円札のみ対応。
両替をしてもらえます。
トンカツが有名ですが、私はすてーき定食にしました。油っこいのがすっかり弱くになってきました（´-`）
相方はキセキかつ定食200グラムとカレーソース。油に強い…(ﾟωﾟ)
今回はカウンター席でした。
個々にソースなどの調味料がセットしてあり、自分好みに調味出来るのが楽しいです。
ステーキは、柔らかくジューシーで美味しかったです。下味がしっかりしているので、ソースは少なめでも大丈夫でした。一切れずつ、オニオンソースやおろしソースやワサビで味変して楽しみました。
カレーソースをご飯にかけたり、キャベツをお代わりしてお腹いっぱいになりました。
…キャベツ、ごはん、お味噌はお代わり出来ます。皆さん、たくさん召し上がってました。
混んでいましたが、さわやかでテキパキした接客でスムーズにお店がまわっている感じがしました。
食券機の横で流れる曲が孤独のグルメでした。
ちょっと五郎さん気分で食事が出来ました。
また、行きたいと思います♪
