2箇所診ていただきたくて受診しました。部位1は以前にかかりつけ医から「〇〇だと思われるが、整形外科で診てもらった方が良い」と所感をいただいた旨を伝えたところ「既に診てもらっているなら診ません」とのことで診察拒絶。部位2を診ていただいた後に「こちらも診ていただきたいのですが…」と再度、部位1の方をお願いをしても無駄。「今、混み合っているし診たくない」「年始も同様に混むだろうから無理だと思う」とのこと。診察は2分ほどで終わりました。
症状が酷すぎて吐き気や頭痛まで起きていて、それを押して這う思いでここまでやっときたのに、この仕打ち。
何様なんでしょうか。

I refused to see the doctor. It is useless to ask for part 1 again after seeing part 2 and saying "I would like you to see this too ...". "It's crowded right now and I don't want to see it." "I think it's impossible because it will be crowded during the New Year holidays as well." The examination was completed in about 2 minutes.
The symptom was so severe that I had nausea and headaches, and I tried to push it and crawl up to this point.

先生も看護師さんも受付の方も凄く優しく、本郷整形外科さんに決めて良かった！！と大変満足です(^^)
初めての整形外科でしたが、また何か症状が出た時は迷わず、こちらの病院に行きます！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 怪我で何度か通いましたが、毎回毎回初めて来た時と同じ質問（当方の職業や痛めた理由など）を繰り返され、なぜカルテに書かないのかと不安に感じていました。なのにとてもせっかちで、こちらの話を最後まで聞いてもらえません。
痛み止めの注射を打ち続けるだけでいつまでも治らないので怖くなり、思い切って他の病院に行ったらあっさり別の疾患の診断が出ました…。そのときに「MRIもCTも撮らずに数ヶ月痛み止めを打ち続けるだけの処置は通常有り得ない」と言われました…。
なぜあそこまで自信満々に診断ミスができるのか、逆に凄いです。
「女子供には特に高圧的で感じ悪い」「なかなか治らないから他へ行った」と職場のパートのおばさまがたの評判は悪かったので、もっと早く聞いていればよかったと後悔。
受付の方、リハビリの方は感じ良いです。
お年寄のリハビリには良いところかと。

"It's particularly high-pressure and unpleasant for girls and children," and "I went to another place because it didn't heal easily," said the aunt at the workplace, who had a bad reputation, so I regret that I should have heard it earlier.
The receptionist and rehabilitation staff feel good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師は話しやすく、相談しやすい方です。一方で、女性の技師さんたちは髪の毛が青の人がいたり、患者からお金をもらってるとは思えないような態度の案内しかできない人がいたりとよくありませんでした。受付もクレジットカードを患者が残ってるのに時間で締めてしまうなど、至らない点があります。
Doctors are easy to talk to and talk to. On the other hand, it was not good for female technicians to have blue hair and some who could only guide their attitudes so that they wouldn't think they were getting money from their patients. There are some points that the receptionist does not reach, such as closing the credit card in time even though the patient remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic on a Friday morning without an appointment. The doctor saw me almost immediately. The staff were accommodating and the doctor was nice. He was soft-spoken and explained to me my condition and what I should do well. He was reassuring and he also speaks English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am suffering from lower backpain for a few months. Doctor was really nice and his English was good. Got quickly an x-ray and he gave me a painkiller shot with the offer to get another one in the future, should I get stronger pains again.
Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this clinic after seeing the positive English reviews, but was sadly not impressed.
I will say that the doctor was nice and very sympathetic, but that’s as far as the positive reviews go.
We spoke in Japanese the whole time even though I told him that my Japanese was poor and asked him to clarify some words he used that I didn’t understand. Though I waited for 30 min to see the doctor, he only saw me for 5 min or less. It was too fast and I left feeling like my pain wasn’t heard.
As soon as I went in he greeted me and asked what hurts; I told him and tired to explain the full spectrum of the pain (since my Japanese isn’t perfect, it takes me a while to speak), however, we didn’t get that far. He took my hands (the object of the pain) found one problem and I didn’t get a chance to explain the rest. He took me for an x-ray, nothing was wrong. Told me something about my hands that I couldn’t understand and said something about an injection, later saying “いらないか” (that I don’t /really/ need it) in an way that made me wonder how serious the diagnosis is or isn’t before telling me that I should start with cream and if it hurts after a month, come back. Then I left.
I had no idea what the cream is for or why my hands are in pain. I know how the apply it and after doing my own research, I can assume what is wrong, but I’m very disappointed about how rushed the appointment was and I’ll probably go to another clinic to get a 2nd opinion.
Despite the review, it wasn’t a bad clinic. The doctor was really nice and if he had taken 15
More minutes to talk with me and really explain to me what was happening, I would have given it 5 stars.
