鎮ブロック造りとはなにかと調べたら・・・
大正期の建築家中村鎮（まもる）が考案したブロック建築方式だそうで、外壁をコンクリートのブロックで積み上げて要所には鉄筋を入れ、コンクリートを流し込み柱として強化したものだそうです。

It seems that it is a block construction method devised by architect Mamoru Nakamura in the Taisho era.It seems that the outer wall was piled up with concrete blocks, reinforcing bars were put in the important places, and concrete was reinforced as a pouring pillar.
