Compared to the previous ward, the correspondence is more detailed and peace of mind, so it is a rushing temple in case of trouble. Both Saturdays and Sundays are good because they are short and time-saving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親切で丁寧な対応で親身に接していただけます。窓口時間が終わりそうな時間帯にいってしまったのですが、時間後も書類などを受付していただいて、また翌日にご提案などをさせていただきますと言われました。目線が高い感じは一切なく寄り添った説明をしてくれます。
You can treat yourself with kindness and politeness. I went to a time when the window time was about to end, but I was told that I would like to receive documents after that time and make suggestions the next day. It doesn't feel like you have a high eye level, and it gives you a close explanation.
