無駄に書類を書かされた上、手続きや連絡なども遅く、あげくに不明瞭な回答、結局断念しました。
募集中の物件でしたが、実際は埋まっていたのかもしれません。
実に不誠実な不動産業者です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理物件に住みましたが、退去時に名刺も出さないおばさん？らしき人に部屋の使い方で指摘されて敷金超えるクリーニング費用取られました。当時の私が無知だったので反省しましたが、衣装ケース等で付いたフローリングの傷は、経年劣化扱いになるそうですのでクリーニング費用は貸主の負担になるそうです。物件自体は気に入っていたのでしばらく住みましたが、この業者のサービスは最悪です。
An aunt who lived in a managed property but didn't even give out a business card when she moved out? A person who seems to be a person pointed out how to use the room, and the cleaning cost exceeded the deposit. I regret it because I was ignorant at that time, but it seems that the scratches on the flooring on the clothes case etc. will be treated as aged deterioration, so the cleaning cost will be borne by the lender. I lived for a while because I liked the property itself, but the service of this company is the worst.
