生まれて初めて歩行杖が必要になり、ネットで調べてたら、「エルゴグリフクラッチ・クローズドカフ」のブリリアントブルーカラーが良いなと思ったのですが、なにせ初めてなので、現物を見ないで買うのに抵抗がありました。そこでGooglemapで「エルゴグリフクラッチ」を検索したら、この会社「プロト・ワン」がヒットし、電話したら販売してて在庫ありとのこと。そこでさっそく行ってみたら、なんとショップじゃなくて、会社でした。ショップじゃないのに個人に販売してくれるのかな？と思いましたが、店員さんのように非常に丁寧親切に対応してくれて、感謝感謝です。「エルゴグリフクラッチ」を買って、歩くのが楽になりました。部品交換や買い替えの時は、また利用しようと思います。ありがとうございます。
