K	Kazunori Oda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに訪問。親子丼しかしていないとの事で、メニューは見れず。親子丼はとても美味しかったです。 1度炭火焼きにした鳥を使っているため、香りがよく、卵の火入れ、つゆの量も絶妙。また行きます。 Visit at lunch time. I couldn't see the menu because I only had Oyakodon. The oyakodon was very delicious. Because it uses a bird that has been charcoal-grilled once, it has a good aroma, and the amount of roasted eggs and soup is exquisite. I will go again.

古	古庄屋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 串焼長右兵衛さん 2度伺いました。綺麗なお店です。1度目はランチで親子丼を戴き､2度目は夕方焼鳥を戴きました。各地のブランドの鶏がセットになった地鶏スペシャルセットを戴きました。折角の高価なブランド鶏だったのですが焼き方をもっと工夫された方が良いと思います。アルバイトの方が焼いていたのか乾いていたり油ぎった焼鳥が提供され地鶏の旨味が引き出されていなく美味しくありません。ブロイラーでも上手に焼けばもっと美味しいです。期待して伺ったのですが残念でした。ランチの親子丼もフツーでした。広島でなかなか美味しい焼鳥屋さんに巡り会えないですね。 Mr. Choemon Kushiyaki I visited twice. Even broilers are more delicious if baked well. I expected it, but I was disappointed. Oyakodon for lunch was also futuristic. You can't easily meet a delicious yakitori restaurant in Hiroshima.
食	食ッパンマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気店だそうで向かう前電話を入れたら満席だという事で、翌日の予約を入れ勇んで向かった。コースを注文。　銘柄鶏のコース(もも肉3本)もあるがどうかと聞かれたが、ひとまずベーシックなものをお願いした。飲みながら焼き上がりを今かと待ち、出てきた第一本目の串に勢いよくかぶりついた。が、塩気がやけに薄い。これまで焼き鳥屋で塩が濃いめ、というのは経験した事はあったが、こう薄いのは初めてだ。カウンターに塩が置いてないか探したが、あるのは山椒と七味だけ。この一本はこういう串だったのだ、と解釈し次なる串を待った。しかし、出てくる串は軒並み塩気が足りず、しかもコースでお願いしているとはいえ食べていないハナから次々焼いて出してくるものだから串がダブつき食べる頃にはもう冷めていて、余計に塩気が薄く感じられた。銘柄鶏セットを注文しなくて本当に良かったと思った。これまで各地で様々な焼き鳥を食べてきたが、美味しくないなと感じたのはたぶん初めてではなかろうか。　店構えはこざっぱりしていて幅広い世代のお客がいたが、自分にはまったく合わなかった。 It seems to be a popular shop, so I made a reservation for the next day and headed courageously because it was full when I called before heading. The store was neat and had a wide range of customers, but it didn't suit me at all.
