お仕事の紹介はちょくちょくあります。
社員さんとの関係はアットホームな感じで親しみやすく、当たりの現場が多い印象です。
ただ、派遣社員の選考が緩いからか、全く働けず愚痴ばかり言うような高齢者や成人女性がちょくちょくおり、仕事中に寝るような方もいたり、怪しげなビジネスを私を含む大学生に勧めるような方もいました。
基本的には良い人ばかりで楽しくお仕事できます。
