以前とても丁寧な対応をしていただいたため、(職場の近くに別のAnemoneがありますが)ピアスとヘアクリップを買いにPARCOまで足を運びました。しかし、この度は大変残念な気持ちになり購入まで至りませんでした。改善していただきたく、心苦しいですが口コミします。閉店1時間前に行き、ノーゲストだったからか入店しても背を向けられ、いらっしゃいませの一言も言われませんでした。スタッフ2人（①身長165〜170センチくらいの、帽子を被ったロングヘアの女性と②身長150センチ代のふんわりした雰囲気の女性）がまあまあ大きい声でスタッフ間のプライベートな話をしていて、私の存在にも気づいておりませんでした。本当に開いているよね…？見ても良いのかな…？ととても過ごしにくい雰囲気でした。もう1人いたスタッフが、ようやくいらっしゃいませと言ってくれて、他の客の入客もあった為やっと安心して奥のヘアクリップなどを見ることが出来ました。その際に、上記の①のスタッフとすれ違い、目が3秒ほど合いましたが、まさかまさかのいらっしゃいませ、も会釈、笑顔もなし！！！ほんっとうに驚きました。スタッフの知り合いのお客さんなのかな？？と思いましたが、ディスプレイを整えたりパソコンを触ったり業務をされていたのでスタッフなのでしょう…。逆に凄い！！！私も接客業をしているので、CS向上のための、反面教師のようなお店だなと思いました。勉強になります。余計なお世話かもしれませんが、ミスカマを定期的に呼んでフィードバック受けた方がいいですよ。かなーり居心地悪い雰囲気で、せっかくの休みが嫌な気持ちで終わってしまい、暫く買い物に行かないと思います。一番初めに書いた、丁寧な対応をしてくださったのが上記の②のスタッフだったため、余計に残念な悲しい気持ちになりました。

On the contrary, it's amazing! !! !! I also have a customer service business, so I thought it was a shop like a teacher, on the other hand, to improve CS. informative. It may be extra care, but it's better to call Miss Kama regularly to get feedback. It's a very uncomfortable atmosphere, and I don't think I'll go shopping for a while because I don't like my vacation.
