0	0 a8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どうしても受けたい資格試験があり、一番近い試験会場がここでした。コロナの影響かはわかりませんが、男性の方が一人でオンラインで教えられていました。先生自体は細かく対応してくださり良い方だと思うので、ちょっとしたことを改善されたらより良くなると思いました。次、広島で受けることがあればこちらの店舗より少し遠くなるのですが同じ系列の緑井店の方にも行ってみようと思います。 ※ここからは細かい不満をつらつらと書いてます。試験を受ける前に確認できて本当に良かったのですが、マウスのクリック感度が悪く、強めに押し込まないと反応が悪くて、マウスを交換してもらいました。ドラッグやクリックをよく利用する試験だったので焦りました。マウス交換したら改善されたので良かったです。試験時間を間違えて言われていました。実技110分の所を120分と言われていました。試験費用と別に郵送料200円かかることは説明で聞いてると思いますのでと言われましたが教えてもらってません。ちなみに電話予約じゃありませんでした。予約や支払い完了した際に来るメールやHPに記載されたら、良いのでは。【追記】試験結果に1ヶ月かかるはずが2週間で来ました。予想外なタイミングで来たので驚きましたが早く知れたのは嬉しいです。しかし、折り曲げ厳禁と書いてくれてなかったために少し折り曲げられてポストに入ってました。難しい試験でもなく証明としてはそこまで役には立ちませんが、綺麗に保存したかったので残念です。面倒かと思いますがもっといろんな事に配慮されてください。 There was a qualification test that I really wanted to take, and the nearest test site was here.
