★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のバイク屋は知らないが親切丁寧、笑顔対応。原付点検で8万～と言われビックリ即新車購入、結果良かった。メット20%off商品等もある、セルフサービス飲料機あり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年前に新車でスクーターを購入したが、当時から土日の予約がいっぱいで基本は予約が取れません。売りっぱなしで先の予定を伺っても何かと理由をつけて、見通しが立たないとのとこで数ヶ月先でも故障診断等は断られます。

店長代理と書かれた人物が対応したんだが
基本的に人を馬鹿にした態度、喋り方で
大型がドリームでしか売ってないから仕方なく下見に来たがそれを傘にきてかとても不遜な態度でいくら店を小綺麗にしても店員がこれじゃ。。って感じでした。
少なくとも後々長く付き合えるとは思えなかった。

たまたま近所にここのバイク屋があったので 時間も空いていたので車で立ち寄りました…が
正直ビックリしました
お客様は神様ではないと思ってますが まぁ……
なんだろう
目が合っても『いらっしゃいませ』など無くフル無視
まぁ〜今日はどんなオートバイがあるか見に来ただけ
と 自分に言い聞かせ ショールームをしばらく徘徊
その間も店員さんは自分の仕事をこなしてる感じでしたね
ひと通りオートバイを見終わったので ショールームを出ましたが…
『ありがとうございました』
って声も無く
ん〜……
バイク屋はみんなこんなもんなのかな？
って思いました。
まぁ〜
ここは二度と行かないですし 知り合いには他を紹介しますね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納車期間の問題で仕方なくこの店からバイクを買うことになりましたが、他の方も口コミされてるように店長代理といわれる方に問題があります。
とにかく対応が淡白で融通が利かなく、コミュニケーションが取りづらいタイプ。
何か変なプライドでもあるのかな…。
完全に営業向きではないので店頭には立たない方がこの店にとってBestな選択だと思います。
次、同じ店で買うことがあったとしたら間違いなく違う方に担当してもらいます。
でも本当、最低限の仕事はします。
店長代理1人のせいで☆1は可哀想なので2にしときました。
