金	金子祐介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長文になるのでここでこれから働きたい人だけ見てください。まず出勤の時ですが早く来ないと駐車場が良い所が取れません。それとホンダ車以外は駐車場が端なので工場までかなり歩きます。ホンダ車だとホンダ車専用の駐車場に停めることができます。社員専用とは書いてありますが派遣も停めることはできます。次に退勤時ですが人が多いしみんな早歩きまたは走って駐車場に戻るためかなり混雑します。みんなそれを知ってるので急いでます。次に昼食ですが派遣はタダです。昼食もメニューが６種類くらいありますが大人数のためここも大混雑します。仕事ですがほとんどライン作業です。高時給ですがそれなり仕事がきついですし社員と派遣の温度差が激しいです。それと優しい人もいますが基本厳しい人ばかりです。ミスすればそのミスだけで何人にも言われるし。配属されるとこによりかなり違いますね。あっ書き忘れましたが中にコンビニもあります。ここで働きたい人は覚悟して入ってください。自分はここで働いてますが良い環境とは言えないです。最後にここで働いてる人の大半は交通ルールとか守ってませんから。平気で後ろから追い抜きするしめっちゃスピード出すし酷いもんです。 It will be a long sentence, so please see only those who want to work here.
