★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お盆時期に家族でお出かけ。高速道路で何やらエンジンが吹けなくなり、ギリギリインターをおりて近くのディーラーで点検してもらったがパーツは在庫しておらず取り寄せと伺った。
コンビニ駐車場に車を止めて電話しまくってなんとか在庫している量販店やディーラーを探したが、お盆時期のため『ないです。』とそっけない対応で困ってました。
そんな時！電話したこちらの店舗の対応は『普段は在庫していないのですが、調べてみるので少し待ってください。折り返しお電話します。』との事。
折り返しの電話は期待はしてなかったが、折り返しの電話は、近隣のパーツ倉庫にあったから用意出来るとの回答が❗️即答で修理を依頼し訪問しました。
受付のお姉さんが娘達に優しく接してくれて、お取り寄せの蜜柑ジュースをご馳走になりました。あのポ◯ジュースより濃くて美味しかったので後で調べると高級で奥さんもびっくりしてました。茶菓子もこだわりがあるみたいで家族は車のトラブルだったことも忘れて笑顔でお菓子とジュースをいただきあっという間に修理が終わりました。
電話対応や何とか修理できないかと奔走してくれたこと、修理中も退屈させないようにおもてなししてくださり、本当にありがとうございました。感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
今まで車を10台くらい乗り換え、色々なディーラーに伺いましたが、対応とおもてなしが1番の店舗だと感じます。
本当に助かりました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

At that time! The response from this store that I called was "I usually don't have it in stock, but I'll check it, so please wait for a while. I'll call you back. ].
I didn't expect a call back, but the answer was that I could prepare a call back because it was in a nearby parts warehouse. ❗️ I immediately asked for repairs and visited.
The older sister at the reception kindly treated my daughters and treated me with the tangerine juice I ordered. It was thicker and tastier than that po ◯ juice, so when I looked it up later, it was high-class and my wife was surprised. It seems that he is particular about tea confectionery, so the family forgot that there was a car problem and smiled and received sweets and juice, and the repair was completed in a blink of an eye.
Thank you very much for your support over the phone, for struggling to repair it, and for your hospitality so that you will not be bored during the repair. I am filled with gratitude.
I have changed about 10 cars and visited various dealers, but I feel that the store is the best in terms of support and hospitality.
