★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず何時行っても、明るく接客していただけるスタッフの方・整備士の方の丁寧で分かりやすい説明ここで☆３つ付けさせていただきました、私自身違う車屋さんに行った事があるのですがその時の対応とは雲泥の差ですね、良く教育や指導が行き届いているのが見てとれます、来店した際にとても良く感じました。また、店内も広々していて明るく、良く掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があり、コロナ対策もバッチリ行われているところに好感が持てまして、ここで更に☆２つ付けさせていただき、☆５と総評させていただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店が明るく、オープンな感じ、他のホンダディーラーに比べると女性用トイレは明るく、清潔感が感じられます。設備(オムツや生理用品は勿論、ハンドクリームやヘアスプレー、静電気防止スプレー、マウスウォッシュ)が整っており、使いやすかったです。
担当の営業さんは、とても話しやすく、世間話からお客さんの利益に繋がる提案をしてくれます。
整備工場も整理整頓されてスタッフが物を探す事がなく、キビキビと動いて大切に整備してくれております。
女性のスタッフもお客さんも椅子に座らず目線を合わせて話してくれて親近感が湧きます。
粗探ししてみたんですが、見つかりませんでした。
