とても親切で丁寧です。入っていくと直ぐに係の方が対応してくれ、鍵を預けて店内へ。飲み物を好みで出してくれます。店内は展示もありますが月齢に応じたお子様のスペースもあり、特に小さいお子様連れの商談には良い場所かと思われます。事前に連絡しておけば待つこともあまりなく、保険関係や車検、定期点検などに案内してくれます。点検1時間ほどかかると言われても周りにちょっとしたお食事処もあったりして暇しません。担当のディーラーさんもそうですが、担当じゃない方も名前を覚えててくれたり、すぐ乗ってる車を出してくれたりして助かっています。 ただ、立体交差店の下なので入るのは良くても出るのがちょっと難しかったりします。私の運転が下手なだけかもしれないですが。信頼できるお店だと思います。

長年メンテナンスや修理でお世話になってきました。営業の方もメカニックの方も、安全を基本にユーザーの立場にたって親身に対応してくださるので、安心して車を乗り続けることができています。転勤などで人が変わっても、案内などのスタッフさんに至るまで、キビキビと丁寧なお仕事ぶりは変わりません。こちらのお店にお世話になってよかったです。

車齢30年を迎えようとするBで始まる名前の旧いホンダ車のオイル漏れを診て貰う予定で訪れましたが失望しました。田舎の国産車のディーラーなのに都心の輸入車ディーラーの対応と比べて最低でした。以前乗っていたプジョー306カブリオレに乗っていた時お世話になっていた碑文谷のプジョー目黒では旧くそこで買ったクルマでもなかったのにも関わらずとても良く対応して頂いてました。このお店では受付嬢然としたデスビの意味も分からない女性が対応に出て、状態を説明したいのでサービスフロントの方と話したいと言っても翌週末に予約を取れの一点張りで(表面上の言葉じりだけは丁寧でしたが)結局メカニックとは一言も話せませんでした。結局、新車販売とここで購入したクルマのメンテの事しか念頭にないかのような対応で星をマイナスにしたいくらいです。
