けどレビュー見たら整備の腕はイマイチなのかな？
I stopped by for lunch. A young saleswoman and her boss? Uncle Rashiki was a very nice person.
But if you look at the reviews, isn't the maintenance skill good?

他県からのツーリングの際にチェーンの点検でお邪魔しました。
お願いしたのは、チェーンだけでしたが
他にも色々、一通り見て下さいました。
お店広くて綺麗だし、コーヒー美味しかったです。
滋賀に来る事があれば、またお願いします。
スーツ着た店員（おそらく役職者？）
は、いらっしゃいませ等もなく、私の目の前を横に素通りして行きました（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みなさんの投稿を見ていると営業はマシなのかも知れませんが、やはりバイク屋は整備の腕が決め手だと思います。以前SfrevoでHSS異常でエンジンかからず修理依頼しました。ネットでこの異常はジェネレーターの故障で起こる場合がHONDAでも確認されているとありましたがコチラの方は「フューエルポンプが壊れているかもしれない」とのこと。旗艦店のドリームですので任せたが、やはり治らない。←ここまでで2週間は経っていた。費用は約10万也。
ここでジェネレーター故障かもとの事で交換後に無事に直りました。費用2・3万でした。
結果、時間も費用も大幅にかかりました。
あとから気付いたのですが、結局壊れてなかったフューエルポンプは勝手に処分されてしまったのか?なんの説明も無かった。
以上の出来事はかなり前の事ですが、バイク屋はしばらく付き合って万一相手が間違いを起こしても許せる位になるまでは、一人では行かない事をオススメします。付添はバイクに詳しい人がもちろん良いですが全く無知な人でも良いと思います。言い難いことを代わりに言ってもらうのも有りだと思います。
最新機種は電子化もされているので修理も難しいし、費用もかかります。
たとえドリームで新車購入してもあとは他店に任せるのも大有りだということを知っておいてください。

Previously, I requested repair with Sfrevo because of HSS abnormality and the engine did not start. It was said on the net that this abnormality may occur due to a generator failure, but HONDA also confirmed that this is "the fuel pump may be broken". It's a dream of a flagship store, so I left it to me, but it still doesn't heal. ← Two weeks have passed so far. The cost is about 100,000.
At this point, the generator was out of order, so it was repaired after replacement. The cost was 20,000.
As a result, it took a lot of time and money.
I realized later that the fuel pump, which wasn't broken after all, was disposed of without permission? There was no explanation.
The above happened a long time ago, but it is recommended that the bike shop do not go alone until it is possible to forgive even if the other party makes a mistake after dating for a while. Of course, people who are familiar with motorcycles are good as attendants, but I think that people who are completely ignorant are also good. I think it's possible to have people say something that is difficult to say instead.
Since the latest models are also digitized, they are difficult to repair and costly.
Please be aware that even if you buy a new car in Dream, you can leave it to another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨の日に原付の廃車処理に行きました。
後々の日程を考えると、その日にしかなくて。それがたまたま雨の日になってしまったんですが。
それは私も理解した上でなので仕方ない。
ただ、ずぶ濡れになって行って、帰りは歩いて草津駅まで行かなければなりません。
初めて行った日にも思ったんですが、接客が全然ダメ。何処か冷たい。
たまたま雨が止んだものの、せめて「悪天候ですので草津駅まで送りましょうか?」ぐらいはあっても良いんじゃないでしょうか?また、バイクを取りに行く時もそこまで歩かなければいけない。それも知らん顔。
代車は貸さない。帰りは悪天候でも知らん顔。
自動車だと代車を貸してくれたりとかそういうサービスがあるけど、バイク屋ってどこでもこんなに冷たく接客するんですか?
天下のHONDAのバイク屋がこんなことをするなんて思ってもいませんでした。
次回はもう利用しないし、整備も頼みません。
