★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客、サービス共にバイクショップのそれを凌駕している。そのせいか、なかなか予約が取れないのが玉に瑕だが、やむを得ない。予め余裕を持って予約する事をオススメする。
レンタル車両もきちんと整備、洗車されていて気持ちが良い。
Both customer service and service surpass those of motorcycle shops. Perhaps because of that, it's difficult to make a reservation, but it's unavoidable. We recommend that you make a reservation with plenty of time in advance.

昔ながらのバイク屋しか知らないと、むしろ落ち着かないかも？
時代は変わったなと実感する。
アクセスは、４号バイパス沿いにあるために良好なものの、バイパス横の側道からしか入れないため注意が必要。
I do not think that it is a motorbike shop, fashionable, clean, calm space.
If you only know the old-fashioned bike shop, you may rather not be calm.
I realize that times have changed.
Access is good because it is along No. 4 bypass, but attention is necessary because it can only enter from the side road next to the bypass.

ニンジャのように忍び寄る店員さんに対して忍者のような忍び足で一定の距離を保ちつつ、店内を一周して、敵から逃げるNinjaのように退店してきました。(ここはホンダのお店です。)

その際、下取りに出したバイクを査定のため担当した営業スタッフに見せたら「このバイク、灯火類ちゃんと点きますかー笑」「これだと売り物になるまでかなり費用がかかりますよ」とか失礼なことを言われました。
確かに痛みはあるバイクだし不人気のモデルではあったのですが少し残念に思いました。
店長をはじめ、他のスタッフの対応は素晴らしいのでハズレに当たったのでしょう。
となりのカワサキプラザと同様曲者のスタッフがいます。

セールスの方もサービスの方も気さくで、諸々好感持てるお店だと思っています。
最近知人がぶつけられてその修理をお願いしましたが、シーズンオンで忙しい中でもなんとか見てくれようとしていて感謝です！
正規ディーラー掲げてるお店によくある、変に気取った感じは全く無いので、HONDAのバイク気になってる方はお気軽に是非～！
店長は高身長イケメンです！

The sales people and the service people are friendly, and I think it's a shop that I like.
