ス	スティッチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の都合で遠方からこちらに転勤となり越してきて、転勤前に買ったばかりのバイクをこっちに持ってきて、初回の整備をしてもらおうと電話したら「どちらで買われたんですか？安かったですか？」と聞かれたので、普通に「〇〇市で値段はこれ位でした。」と答えたら、「うちじゃ扱ってないんで、無理です。」と言われて切られました。えっ？正規で対応してるとメーカーのホームページにも書いてあるのに？こんな酷い対応は、初めてです。口コミでも評価が酷いですが、まさにその通りのお店です。近いからと言う理由で利用しようと考えてる方が居たら、絶対に利用しない方がいいと思います。その後、別のショップに行ったら、心良く受け入れてくれたので今ではそちらを愛用させてもらってますし、少し高くてもパーツ購入や整備はそちらにお願いしてます。このお店だけは本当にお勧めしません。 I came to a transfer from a distant place due to work, and when I called to bring the bike I just bought before the transfer and have it serviced for the first time "Where did you buy it? This is the first time I have dealt with such a terrible response. Although it's badly evaluated by word of mouth, it's exactly the same store. If there is a person who is thinking of using it because it is close, I think it is better not to use it. After that, when I went to another shop, I accepted it so much that I'm using it now, and even if it's a little expensive, I ask you to purchase parts and maintain it. I really don't recommend this shop alone.
ふ	ふじたろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の口コミ同様に、稀に見る酷さです。客は神様などと思ってはいませんが、少なくとも若林という店員は接客業をわかっていないのでしょう。人間性すら疑います。修理、部品注文の際の態度は稀に見る酷さでした。二度と行きませんし、ホンダドリームを名乗る資格もなし。お薦めできません。 Like any other word of mouth, it's a cruelty that you rarely see. I don't think that customers are gods, but at least the Wakabayashi clerk doesn't understand the hospitality business. I doubt even humanity. ぽ	ぽぽ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は、若林ホンダという家族経営の街のバイク屋でした。ホンダがドリーム店を出店するに伴い、フランチャイズ契約した模様。看板はホンダドリームを名乗ってはいるが、結局は一家経営の街のバイク屋の域を超えない。他の方が口コミで書いてある通り、主な接客者は若林店長です。（メガネかけた中年）悪い人では無いのですが、職人気質で接客の質は良くないです。私は、バイクをここで購入した為、最初は我慢しておりましたが限界が来てしまい、近くのモトランド三澤さん（三澤社長がとにかく親身、他店購入バイクも喜んで診てくれる。）でお世話になってます。ホンダのバイクをここで買って、他店で診てもらうのが1番賢い。なんなら、ライコランドも出来たしね。とにかく、継続的な付き合いは絶対に不愉快な目にあう為、オススメしません。ちなみに、若林店長のお父さんは、凄く良い人です。白髪の人で、いつもニコニコ。物腰柔らか。父と子で雲泥の差（笑） Originally, it was a motorcycle shop in a family-owned town called Wakabayashi Honda.
