店内の雰囲気は明るいです。 店員さんとお客さんの距離感は遠すぎず、近すぎずって感じです。 店全体がフレンドリーな感じではないです。 個人的に話をするときは、感じのいい人ばかりです。

評価に値する対応じゃなかったので営業担当がハズレだったのかな。車の知識が無さ過ぎて話が通じないので整備担当と話がしたい。営業を挟む事で要望が歪んで伝わり、見当違いな答えが返ってくる。質の低い営業は客にもディーラーにもメーカーにもメリットがない。

2022/1/15にHONDA車について知りたい情報があった為初めてご連絡させて頂きました。電話口にて対応して頂いたのは若め?の男性。開口1番は丁寧だったが、当店をご利用頂いた事はありますか?との質問に対し「まだ無いです」と返答した段階で一点無愛想な対応に。利用した事がなければ電話していけないのかと内心思いながらも、当方が乗るHONDA車について話し「調べていただけませんでしょうか?」と話が終わった瞬間、ろくに調べもせずに即座に返答。しかも軽く笑いながらの返答でかなり頭に来ました。面倒くさがってるのが丸見えで、気分が悪くなる様な態度。名前を覚えていなかったのが悔やまれる。二度と利用しません。
