★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前お世話になっていましたが、点検等で行くとその待っている間の居心地は余り良くなかったです。スタッフ間に何かピリピリした雰囲気を感じました。
当時トヨタの車も乗っていましたが、ディーラーに依ってやはり違いが有るとは言え、余程気に入った車でもなければここのディーラーでは買い替えはしない。

ここじゃないと！という特色はない。
一部の年配スタッフは技術力もあるが、お店全体としては信をおけない。
車の異常を感じたら、ここ以外にも車をみてもらうことをお薦めする。

店内は広く綺麗で、整備の方は丁寧な対応ですが、何名か営業マンの方に残念な思いをしました。
営業という仕事柄仕方がないことかもしれませんが、大きな声で周囲にまる聞こえで話したり、プライベートなことをずけずけと聞いてきたり、買わせようと強引に話を勧めたり。
普通の人なら怒ってクレームを入れるような、失礼な対応をされたこともあります。
ホンダさんで車を購入する機会がきたとしても、別の店舗を利用するつもりでいます。
小さなお子さんがいるご家庭なら遊ぶスペースもありますし、セルフで飲み物を好きに飲めたり、過ごしやすいかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来客用の駐車場が広くとってあるので予約なしでも大丈夫です。コロナ対策もバッチリでしたよ。屋内の展示車が少ないので星４にしましたが、丁寧な対応は星５ですね?

補償が低いと、母が20等級の保険を解約させられ新規でココのホンダお勧めの保険に入り新車と共に帰って来た事がある。
支店長の態度もあまり良くなく、支店内の雰囲気も暗かった
現在はどんな感じか知りませんが、私がココに行く事は2度とありません

フリードリンクで、自販機から自分で取りに行く方式です。
雑誌も幅広い客層にあわせて、準備されています。
値引きは…ホンダの社内規定かなにかで決まってるんじゃないでしょうか？どこのホンダへいかれても、かわりはないかな？と思います。
2021.12月現在、コロナの感染予防のため、雑誌類はおいてありません。

お店の方は皆さん親切ですし、整備士の方も毎回点検内容や整備内容を説明してくれます。
不要な項目やオプションは断れますので、圧が強いとかは無いですよ。ほぼ断りませんけど。
店内は広くて明るく、テーブルの距離も話していますし、飛沫防止のアクリル板も設置されてますので安心感あります。
フリードリンクなので、整備中の待ち時間もなかなか快適です。

The inside of the store is large and bright, we talk about the distance between the tables, and there is an acrylic board to prevent splashes, so there is a sense of security.
As it is a free drink, the waiting time during maintenance is quite comfortable.
