レ	レートちょこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が最低でした。車検の見積の内容に気になる点があって説明を求めてもふわふわした回答しか帰ってこない。添加剤など実物をみたいと言ってもないとか言う。ない事はないでしょう。汚れてるだけのワイパー交換されたり。電話応対も接客もめんどくさそうでした。車検が終了したと電話があったため、 18時半〜19時に取りに行くと言ったのについたら閉まってました。なんか言い訳してたけど、電話出たのが誰か知らんけど自社の閉店時間ぐらい把握してるはずなのに「お待ちしてます」とか言ったのがまずおかしいよね？その時点で閉店時間教えてくれれば良かったのに。まだ人がいたので対応してもらったけどめんどくさそうだし、謝らないし。他にもちょこちょこ引っかかる点が多くて。こんな店二度と行かない。 The customer service was the worst.
