反対の口コミをされている方もいますので、人により差があるのでしょう。
新車が中々売れない時代です。整備や車検で訪れる客に対しても力を入れた方がいいと思うのですが如何ですか？
車検、整備で幾らか利用した事もありますが、今は利用していません。
数年前の事なので、改善され今は良い方に変わっているかもしれませんが。

It is an age when new cars are not sold well. I think it would be better to put more effort on customers visiting for maintenance and car inspections.
We have used it for some time at car inspection and maintenance, but we are not using it now.

他店で中古で購入した車のリコールで行きましたが、接客対応が非常に良かったですよ。私は以前、ホンダの営業マンでしたが、自分のいた店より雰囲気が良いと感じました。思わず任意保険もこちらの店に切り替えました。
