接客も爽やかで、とても気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。
 When I came to the store on a rainy day, the receptionist brought me an umbrella despite the short distance from the parking lot.
The customer service was refreshing and I had a very pleasant time.

入り口からスタッフが出迎えてくれて、スタッフの愛想も良いお店で会長も喜作な方でホンダのお店では一番良いと思います。
新型オデッセイ納車待ちですが非常に楽しみにしています。
とても良いお店なのでホンダ車検討中の方はオススメなお店ですよ(^-^)

The staff welcomes us from the entrance, and the staff are friendly and the chairman is also a happy person, so I think it is the best in Honda's shop.
I am waiting for the delivery of the new Odyssey, but I am very much looking forward to it.
It's a very good shop, so if you are considering a Honda car, I recommend it (^-^)

見積りを依頼するも営業らしき中年男性に「今日は忙しくて受けられません。」車検がもうすぐ切れるので…と言っても「今月の予約はいっぱいです。代車もありません。お引受けできません。」
きちんと確認に行くわけでもなく、店の入口で一見さんお断りといった態度。ここの社風なのかその営業だけが対応が悪いのか知らないが、もうこの店には2度と来ないと思った。
その後、他のホンダで丁寧に対応してもらい無事に車検は済みました。太田町店で車検を受けなくて良かったです。

I asked for a quote, but a middle-aged man who seems to be a business person said, "I'm too busy today to take it." The car inspection is about to expire.
I didn't go to check it properly, and at first glance I refused at the entrance of the store. I don't know if it's the corporate culture here or if only the sales are bad, but I thought I would never come to this store again.
After that, I had another Honda respond politely and the vehicle inspection was completed safely. I'm glad I didn't have a car inspection at the Otamachi store.

First visit I had a chance to see the car while having a good time talking with a female sales representative. The store is large and clean. I was very interested in the monkey at the entrance. (Lol)
