★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日まで活用しておりましたが、車検不備が5年で二回。つまり車検のたびにトラブル…最初の車検はエンジンの点火プラグが変だと伝えたのに問題は無いですよと言いながら、車検項目に含まれてる点火プラグの異常も確認出来ず他の店で確認された事を再度伝えるとやっと認めた…ちゃんと見てなかったのだろう。最後の車検は部品不備を見逃して異常発生した。異常発生時、ただちに担当者に連絡をして夕方に再整備して返却。数日もしない内に再度同症状で発生。連絡をしたら持ってきてほしいと。出先で高速使って行っていたのにその車で再度出戻り。結果部品の不良とわかりました。部品不良ってのはどこにでもあるが代わりの代車を受け取る時に一言。「使用したガソリンは補充して返却下さい」…こっちは予定崩されて高速代ガソリン代使って戻ってきたのに、自分達のミスは置いといて代車借りるなら経費を払え！？借りたくもない借りる必要もなかった代車のかと…言葉を失いまして、本気で言ってる？と聞きましたが、「決まりですので」と…。翌日に車を引き取る時に店長に絶縁を突きつけて来ました。そちらのミスで車を借りざるを得ないのに経費を請求するなら予定崩されて帰還せざるを得なかったガソリン代高速代はどうなるのだろうか？礼儀知らずにも程があります。高い車検代で何の役にも立たなかった。
