県外(愛知)から実家に帰省し、帰る際、異音がして長距離走行にためらいがあり急遽立ち寄りました。
飛び入りで、店内も何組かの来客がありましたが、すぐに対応してくれて、少しの処置と走行に問題無しとの言葉で安心して帰路につけました。
待っている間のテーブルサービスもとても良かったです。
ホントにありがとうございました❗️
I think it is one of the largest Honda stores in Japan.
When I returned to my parents' house from outside the prefecture (Aichi), I heard a strange noise and hesitated to drive a long distance, so I stopped by in a hurry.
There were several groups of visitors in the store as I jumped in, but they responded immediately, and I was relieved to return home with the words that there was no problem with a little treatment and running.
The table service while waiting was also very good.

担当者が１人１人について親身に話を聞いてくれます。
乗ってる車を誉めすぎなくらいに誉めてくれます。
そんなの当たり前かもしれないけど、なかなか難しいし大変です。
人によりけりかもしれないけど、もう少し砕けた対応も欲しい、応対の悪いのも嫌だけど。それくらいに丁寧だった。
