No greetings to welcome customers. I can't feel the motivation of the staff. I paid for it and had it washed, but it's still dirty here and there. The worst! No professionalism. What do you think the customer is! Just remembering it makes me angry! I will never buy a HONDA car again.

別の車屋で、エンジンオイルのネジの締め忘れがあったと言われました。
実際立ち会いましたが、エンジンオイルが微量に漏れ続けており、工具を使うと1cmほどネジが回りました。
無料点検のサービスなので文句は言いたくありませんが整備ミスをされるなんて驚きました。

I actually witnessed it, but the engine oil continued to leak in a small amount, and when I used the tool, the screw turned about 1 cm.
It's a free inspection service, so I don't want to complain, but I was surprised that I made a maintenance mistake.
