★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に写真を見せて希望イメージを伝えましたが希望したものとは違うパーマをかけられました。長さは良いものの、パーマの種類が違う為、全く別ものになりました。
最終的な仕上がりに関して、モデルさんと顔や髪質が異なるので違いが出るのは百も承知ですが最低限、希望したパーマをかけてもらいたいです。本当に残念で仕方ありません。費やしたお金と時間を返して欲しい位です。

Regarding the final finish, I know that there will be a difference because the face and hair quality are different from the model, but at the very least, I would like you to apply the desired perm. I'm really sorry. I want you to return the money and time you spent.
