余り女性職員の部署替えが無いから、対応がよく見えるだけで書類関係の扱いは少し雑だと感じました。
案件が多いので仕方ないかと思いますがもう少し何とかならないもんですかね。
 I'm not sure why some people have five stars.
I don't change the department of female staff so much, so I felt that handling the documents was a little rough, just because I could see the correspondence well.
There are many projects, so I think it can be helped, but I think it can be done a little more.

まだ、学生ですけど親が離婚することになって親が相談しているんですけど、対応最悪です。
こっちはほんっとに困っているのに、進みが遅い。相談窓口が違うとかで言い訳して、駄々でさえ、色んなことやらなきゃ行けないのに、ひとつの場所で出来ないとかありえない。こっちの身にもなって欲しい。改善して欲しい
