R	REN M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪質な通販サイトに引っ掛かってしまい解約手続きも分かりづらいしなかなか進まず不安になり消費者センターの村田さんに相談したところ、直ぐに相手側に問い合わせてくれたり、直ぐに返答も頂けたり誠実に対応して頂き、おかげで無事解約手続きが進み解決しました。消費者センターがどの様な事をしてくれるのかよく知らないままアドバイスが欲しい···位の気持で電話したので、こんなに間に入って交渉して貰えるなんて思いませんでした。自分がこんな詐欺みたいなのに引っ掛かるなんて思わず恥ずかしさで誰にも相談出来ずどうなるのか分からなくて毎日不安でしたが相談にのって貰えて心強かったです。ありがとうございました。

y	y. yamaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親身になって下さり、本当にありがとうございました。お電話頂きました際、介護や入院手続きで慌ただしく大変失礼致しました。まさか強請り(「架空請求」)の被害に遭うとは思ってもみませんでした、、。横須賀市の職員や警察官、弁護士を名乗ったなりすましの詐欺の電話が、市内内川工業地帯の空き巣犯らの解体業者4名(東南アジア系や(元)非正規雇用労働者の被疑者ら40〜60歳の男女)からあり、「空き巣」と「居空き」に因った盗難と損壊等に遭った被害は警察に通報の後、昨年に恐喝(架空請求)被害の申告の方を警察まで致しました。ありがとうございました。 Thank you very much for your kindness.
