1日で4件の物件を見たのですが、元々目星をつけていた写真写りの良いキレイな物件を見たいと言うと、「私なら、そこはお勧めしませんね。」と教えてくれたり（あとで見に行きましたが、やはりイマイチでした）、移動中にも様々なアドバイスや通りがかった物件の知識をアドバイスをして下さったのでとても勉強になりました。
追記
1ヶ月間住んでみましたが、下見の段階では分からなかった（エイブルの担当者さんも気づかない）洗濯機の排水溝がはじめから詰まっていたとか、キッチンの排水溝の接続が悪く匂いが上がってくるとか、黒い虫が住宅の外廊下に大量発生していたなどの問題はありましたが、そのほかの不満はなく、快適に暮らせていますので家選びは成功だったと思います。（排水溝の問題は速やかにエイブルで加入してる保証とオーナーさんによって解決してもらいました。）
資金が十分ではないとき、何が重要で何が重要でないかを取捨選択する事も大事です。「絶対イヤだ！これは譲れない！」と言うことをあらかじめイメージして担当者さんにお伝えできれば、住居の絞り込みも自分の要望通りに進めるかもしれませんね。

(The problem of drainage was promptly resolved by the warranty and the owner who joined Able.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客最悪。初期対応で『うぃっすー』等、平気でタメ語を使う営業マンがいます。びっくり、一般常識を知らない方が多いようです。
途中でお金にならない客と判断した瞬間、手のひら返したように接客態度を豹変させます。感情を抑えきれない子供おじさんがみれて非日常的。逆に面白い体験ができるかもしれません。
本気で物件を決めたい方は別の不動産がいいと思います。街に不動産屋はいくらでもありますので…
