若	若草かすみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてこちらで印鑑を注文しました。対応してくれた男性店員の方は特に対応も悪くなく控えめな感じで、お店自体にも特に嫌な印象はありませんでした。ですが、印鑑が出来上がったとの報告の電話を頂いた時の女性の対応が酷すぎました。早口で上から目線、威張っているような話し方、或いは仕方なく電話をしているかのようにも捉える態度で、更に、店員さん同士の通達が出来ていないのか、事足りない情報だけの電話内容だったので、疑問を持ちかけると、「○○が出来たという連絡なんです」と更にイライラしたような口調になり、何故こちらが怒られなきゃいけないのでしょうか。女性の電話口対応の方は知る限りでお二人いるようですが、もう1人の方はとても親切な対応でした。店員だからという以前に、人として教養、マナーに欠け品格をなくしては三田三昭堂の看板に傷をつけるだけです。お客様に電話はかけさせない方が良いと思います。 I ordered a seal here for the first time.
