★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛丼弁当は味が濃い目甘目で美味い。チェーン店の比では無い。僕は肉ジャガを買う。これも濃い目甘目の味。お惣菜も美味いお肉屋さんだ。入るのにいちげんさんは、ちょっと敷居が高い感じもするが、お店の女性は感じ良い。男の人は無骨で無口な感じです。駐車スペースがないので、近くに車を停める必要がある。肉ジャガは、人気なのか売り切れてる時もある。時期によっては売ってない場合もある。牛丼弁当は、茶色のプラスチックのお重にはみたいなお弁当にご飯と具のみ。紅生姜なんてない。肉は、柔らかい。贅沢したいならココの牛丼だ。年末はすき焼き用の肉が売れているようだ。年末年始くらい良い肉食いたいんだろう。日本人に生まれて良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三条市に昔から有る精肉店で、本町に「かねまつ本店」ってお肉屋さんが有ります。惣菜も美味しいので有名。その中でも子供の頃からずっと馴染みがあるのが、こってりと甘辛く煮付けられた黒毛和牛が乗った「牛丼」なのです！柔らかい黒毛和牛肉と玉葱にしらたきが甘辛く煮込まれてい居ます。最高に美味し！
