★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイルの風呂からユニットバスに変更の工事をお願いしました。相談打ち合わせにも何回も来ていただき、給湯器交換、洗面所のリフォーム、ルーバーの設置、ルームヒーターの室外機の取り外し廃棄なども一気に行うことができました。最後まで細かいところまでお願いを聞いていただきありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に実家の両親がリフォームをこちらの会社にお願いしたところ前払金を支払い担当者との打ち合わせなどはスムーズにいっていましたが、その後工事が始まったと思えば元請け担当者の材料の発注が遅かったり発注ミスなどで職人さんは材料入ってますか？など何度も足を運んでくれるものの工事はなかなか進まず…担当者にお願いしてあったことも職人さんへの連絡をしてなかったりで職人さんは平謝り…職人さんは悪くないのでその事で担当者や会社へ確認をしようと担当者に連絡をしても出ず、会社かけて折り返しの連絡も遅く両親は激怒していました… なので、うちだけかも知れませんがでこちらの会社にあまりいい印象はありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キッチンの水漏れで急遽水栓交換が必要になりました。いくつか業者に見積もりをお願いしましたが、1番お安く・早く工事をして頂ける事になりました。キッチンの水道が使えないのはとても不便ですので、早い対応で大変助かりました。
