障害を持っています。以前お願いした際は、乗り降り、自宅の上がり下りに親切にサポートしていただいた。この親切なサービスを受けたいので、電話する際どのように頼んだらいいか、ドライバーに聞いたら、ヘルパー対応と言ってくださいと言われ、今後も利用しようと思いました。が、何回か、配車のため電話すると、何ですか？どういうことですか？と、毎回言われる。再度ドライバーに会社内で、共有してくださいと頼むと快く受け入れてくれました。しかし、また、電話にて何ですか？と繰り返しいうので、会社のコミュニケーションや、共有されてないのが、明確です。その方にお名前をお聞きすると小千谷タクシーです。と名のり、ガチャンときられました。もう二度と頼まないようにしようとおもいます。また、会社にも、利用しないよう、答申しようと、思います。ドライバーは、親切ですが、カスタマーの対応は不愉快でした。
